What does Sunny Isles, FL look like?
I am moving down to Florida, and I actually have never been there. I know it’s warm, is it warm enough to swim in the winter (December-January). Is Sunny Isles is a good place to live? Any parties? How far from Miami Beach? Places to hang out? The best malls, cafes, restaurants?

Just know what you’re getting into with Miami drivers, let’s just say they aren’t the best out there.
Other than that, you’re basically going to be five minutes away from the Sunny Isles beach, and north of Haulover park (which has the nearest nude beach, if you’re into that.) You’re going to be close to the Aventura mall, which is the best mall in the area.
You’re going to be close to all the South Beach action and parties will not be hard to find.
The weather is mild year round, we actually just had a “cold front” and it dipped down to about 65 degrees F. You can go swimming for most of the winter months unless a cold front blows in.
