I am looking into purchasing a small 20 seat diner/cafe serving sandwiches, coffee, and other light fare. Mostly a business lunch and breakfast clientele.

The asking price is 50k and the monthly rent is $3,200 including taxes. They have a hood, oven, stove, hot buffet and freezers. It can be run with 2 people. 1,400 square feet.

It’s in Miami in a good business district serves Cuban fast food and coffee. I plan to continue that type of food with minor changes, But still looking into the concept and whether it is viable and best fit.
