I am thinking of buying a condo in Miami, Fl. A hi-rise or 4 storey?

I am thinking of buying a condo in Miami, Fl. I was wondering if I should buy the one on the tenth floor in a high-rise building or the one on the third floor in a four storey building. Both are bay front properties. Which one should withstand a hurricane (cat. 1-3) better? Is the building standard better for one than the other?

The one to choose is the one you prefer.
But prices are coming down, why don’t you wait till January or February 2007. maybe interest rates will be down as well.
