chances of being accepted to miami ohio?
ok i sent in an application and i am REALLY nervous of being denied. i have a 3.88 gpa with a few courses weighted, and was on the varsity golf team. i went to an average public high school and golf was my only extra curricular activity. my essay wasn’t very good on the application and i only scored 23 on my act (was first try, scheduled to go again in february which will be after i find out if i was accepted).
do you think my grades will carry me enough to get me in?
btw, intended major is computer engineering
Miami is a great school. Probably one of the best State schools in the country. Oxford is a nice town too. Good luck. Have a backup plan, of course, I always suggest that. But, you should be able to get in, in my guesstimation.
