Most Expensive Restaurants In Miami
To those who live in NYC…?
I own a rodent and animal pest control business in Florida. I am thinking about opening my next location and I did some research and NYC might be the next best place for us to go. Plus I have alwasy wanted to live there. I am from Miami, so I am used to the fast paced life and I love city life.
I have a few questions:
1) Where would be the best place to live, affordable but safe (i know its expensive) that is centrally located or at least in driving distance to all areas, including Jersey. We would service as much area as possible.
2) Are the rats bad in NYC? Anyone have rat problems in the past?
They arent that bad here in Fl and we seem to do well.
3) Is the cost of living relative to the income, since it is so expensive? Do people make more money in NYC than they would most places. Like when I waited tables I worked fine dining and made $100-$120 a night, wouldnt it be more in a NYC fine dining restaurant?

2. yes, but if you wont see them. NY rats are unlike rats you see in a pet store, they are as big as cats
3. yes you make more, but its still too expensive to live in NY unless you’re really well off
