18 yrs old moving from illinois to miami?

Ok, so I’m fourteen right now and live in southwestern Illinois. i plan to move to Miami, Florida to live in an apartment while i’m in a dental school, because i wanna be a dentist when i grow up. i plan to have a job while i’m in school like McDonald’s or something to pay for the apartment rent. is this as easy as it sounds?
