What happened to the FICO restaurant in Miami?

My favorite Cuban Seafood restaurant for the past 15 years had a huge for rent sign 2 weeks ago. It was just open in March. It was on 37th and Flager Street in Coral Gables, so what happened to it?

I don’t know but I go to the one on 7th and 27th Don Camaron and its really good
