Restaurants In Miami Florida

Healthy Restaurants in Miami, Florida?
I am looking for a healthy (not necessarily organic but low fat food) restaurants in or near Miami, FL. Any Miami residents know of restaurants fitting this description?
That’s really tricky, since eating out almost always guarantees you a 30% increase of fat then that of home cooked meals.
Anywhere salads are served you can pretty much stay on a healthy route. If you really enjoy salad there is a great salad place called Seasons located in the Falls (next to Bloomingdales). Be careful though, the plates are beyond large and they charge by the weight.
Japanese food is a very healthy alternative to some other places, sushi is low is calories. Stay away from the miso dressing! They serve steamed soy beans (edame, excuse the spelling). Add a little salt and they are FULL of protein! Very good for you and taste good!
My Best advice is not to seek out just one restaurant, but to take time in understanding what makes something healthy and unhealthy. This will really help you when you go out to dinner with your significant other or friends. You will know what’s the best option for you body!
Good Luck & Stay Healthy!
